Day 1 - Gathering at Delhi to Continue the Further Journey to Mussoorie
Our first destination of this trip is Mussoorie. As you must be traveling from the various parts of India, we will keep Delhi as a gathering point. We will pick you up from Delhi as per your arrival schedule and give brief detail about the trip. After the warm welcome, we continue our road trip to Mussoorie.
Mussoorie is a magnificent travel destination of Uttarakhand that attracts tourist across the globe. The road journey to Mussoorie from Delhi is seven hours long. Don’t worry; the picturesque and quaint scene will entertain you throughout the journey. We will make a few halts at certain places to admire the beauty of this place. You will surely get the perfect picture for your Instagram account.
We will reach at our destination by evening and refreshment is what requires the most at this point in time after checking in to the hotel. Once you feel a little refreshed, we will go for an evening stroll in the nearby vicinity. The sunset at Mussoorie is totally spectacular and is a must watch. We will head towards Gun Hill by a cable car to witness this wonder of nature. The spectacular Himalayan sunset will leave you awe-struck for sure. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 - A Full Day Excursion in Mussoorie
We will dedicate our day two completely to explore the magnificent Mussoorie. We start our half day tour after a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. Ditch the conventional car ride while you are here. A pony ride is a better option for hilly areas of Mussoorie. We will reach Camel Back Road to witness the stunning snow-capped Himalayas peaks.
Day 3 - The Divine Haridwar
After having a day filled with adventure and thrill at Mussoorie, we will find divinity at Haridwar on the third day of our trip. Situated at a distance of 80km, an amazing two hours long road trip from Mussoorie will take you here.
We will do early check-out from Mussoorie hotel after having breakfast. Upon arrival at Haridwar, we will check-in the hotel first followed by refreshment. Post that, we will continue our exploration of holy places of Haridwar. The temples of Haridwar are the epitome of faith and divinity that fills one heart with immense devotion towards the almighty.
Chanda Devi, Mansa Devi, and Maya Devi temples are some of the temples where you will find eternal peace. By the time you take the blessings of almighty in all these temples, it will be evening. Your visit to Haridwar will not be complete without witnessing the majestic aarti at the ghat of Ganga River, Har ki Pauri. The swirling lamps, enchanting mantras and thousands of devotees are some the elements that will surely take your breath away and fill your heart with immense faith. While you are here, float a Diya down the holy river and make a wish.
After spending a few hours in such devotional atmosphere, we will return back to the hotel and take your dinner. We will continue overnight stay at the hotel. Take a tight sleep to get ready for next t day adventure.
Day 4 - A Tour to Terrific Jim Corbet
Situated at a distance of 260km from Haridwar, Jim Corbett National Park is our next destination to explore. If you are an animal lover then this place has a lot to offer you. As reaching there by road will take around seven hours, we will hit the road early in the morning after breakfast at the hotel.
After reaching here, we will do check-in formalities and take refreshment. Maa Garjiya temple would be our first place to explore today.
Jim Corbett Museum is also a great place to enrich your knowledge about the rich wildlife of this place. If you want to increase the adventure and thrill of this trip then you can ditch your overnight stay at the hotel and go for an overnight camp. Else, w will head back to the hotel for the dinner and continue our stay there.
Day 5 - The Adventure Continues- Jeep Safari.
We will increase the adventure level of this trip today by taking you on a jeep safari. Roaming in the Jim Corbet National Park on an open-air jeep will give you an opportunity to witness the raw yet ravishing wildlife. The place will surprise in various ways. Apart from spotting animals like elephants, deer, jackals. And even tiger, the place will stun you with its biodiversity.
After the ride, we will gratify our hunger pangs with a sumptuous lunch in a nearby restaurant only. Post lunch, we will take another three hours long drive to reach Nainital. Knows as the city of Lakes, National will please you by all means. We will reach our destination by late evening. It was a tiring day and lip-smacking dinner and early is all we want now. So, we will take dinner at the hill resort and retire to bed early.
Day 6 - The City of the Lake- Nainital
Today, we will explore the beauty of this hill town. Nainital Lake, Goddess Naina Devi temple and Naina Peak are some of the places that we are going to explore today. We will return to the hotel and continue overnight stay.
Day 7 - The Charismatic Kausani
Our next destination would be Kausani. A gem of Uttarakhand, Kausani is a must-see place. We will reach here after around 3 hrs long road journey. Bhowali, Kanchi Temple, and Khairna are the places that we will explore during our stay here.
Day 8 - Return Back to Delhi
Our eight-day long tour ends today. We will do all the check-out formalities and hit the road to reach Delhi. After reaching there, we will drop you at the airport/railway station.
