Located in Rajasthan, Bharatpur has the right blend of glorious history and diverse nature. The assorted flora and fauna are enough to leave you in awe. That is why every year thousands of wildlife enthusiastic pack their bags and visit this place.

We are going to take you on 3 days-2 night trip to this amazing place. Here is what you are going to experience during the trip.

 

Itinerary

Day1- Reaching Bharatpur from Delhi and explore the place
Our trip will start in Delhi. Delhi to Bharatpur road distance is 220 KM that we will cover in around 4 hours in a private car via Taj Express Highway. We will pick you up from your desired location early in the morning at hitting the road.
We will be in this ancient city in the afternoon. We would suggest you do the check-in formalities at the hotel and take some rest. As the sun becomes a little cooler, we will go out and explore some nearby places.
Places like Lohagarh Fort, Banke Bihari Temple, Ganga Mandir, are Laxman Temples are in our to-do list. By the time we will finish exploring all these places, it will be late dinner. Enjoy local Rajasthani thali in the dinner and head back to the hotel. Continue your overnight stay
Day 2- Time to mingle with nature at Bharatpur National Park.
On day 2 of our trip, we will explore diverse flora and fauna at Bharatpur National Park. Located at a distance of just 7km from the city’s heart, this is UNESCO’s World Heritage and a paradise for an animal lover.
We will start early in the morning once you are done with your regular chores and breakfast at the hotel. You can find out 366 bird species, 379 floral species, 50 species of fish, 13 species of snakes, 5 species of lizards, 7 amphibian species, and 7 turtle species in this national park. No wonder why UNESCO gives it a special status.
You can enjoy Elephant Back Safari, Jeep Rides, and Rickshaw Safari at nominal charges in the national park. Bird watching and wildlife photography are some other great options to have quality time here. We will return to the hotel and continue overnight stay there.
Day 3- End of the trip
Its day 3 of our trip and our trip comes to end day today. We suggest you have a quaint morning start and enjoy the breakfast at the hotel.
