Delhi to Shimla (7 hours/350 km)
Our chauffeur, in a clean and serviced cab shall pick you up from your desired location anywhere within urban city limits of Delhi and drive towards Shimla. The Himachal capital is one of the most popular hill resorts in the country and has been the summer capital of British India. The roads are smooth and the journey is comfortable. En-route visit the mighty Yadavindra Gardens (formerly known as Pinjore Garden).

Yadavindra Garden is a historic Mughal Garden which was built in the foothills of Himalayas as one of the Mughal Gardens summer retreat for the famous Mughal ruler Aurangzeb. The garden has numerous palaces within like Shish Mahal (palace of glass), Hawa Mahal (airy palace). Rang Mahal (painted palace), and Jal Mahal (palace of water). After spending some time here, advance on your route and enjoy Ropeway at Timber Trail in Parwanoo. Arrive in Shimla and check into your hotel. Evening is free to take a stroll on The Mall Road and the famous Ridge of Shimla.

The Ridge is famous for its stunning vistas of the valley and the Christ Church which is the most photographed landmark of Shimla. Christ Church is also the second oldest church in India after St. john’s Church in Meerut, UP. Finally, have your dinner and stay overnight in the hotel.
Shimla Local Sightseeing
Post breakfast, proceed to visit Jakhoo temple, a well celebrated tempe dedicated to Lord Hanuman and the highest point of interest in Shimla. Heavy commercial vehicles are rarely permitted to go towards Jakhoo temple and hence local vehicles are to be taken many times. These local vehicles can easily be hired from the Mall Road. Next, proceed to Kufri (meaning lake), a smalll village located around 20 km from the capital and is one of the most popular hotspot nearby Shimla.

Things you can do here include Gokart racing, himalayan yak photography, amusement park ride adventure and play with snowballs in winters. Kufri also has a Himalayan Wildlife Zoo which hosts various rare species of Himalayan animals and birds. It is also home to the Himalayan Monal which is the state bird of Himachal Pradesh. During winters, a meandering path through the potato plantations turns in to a famous ski track. Further proceed to Naldehra, a small village very well known for its lush green beauty and the town to hold the record for highest golf course in the world. Next, return to hotel and stay overnight.
Shimla to Manali Drive (250 km/7 hours)
Post breakfast, advacnce towards Manali, famous as an ideal backpacking and honeymooning destination. On arrival check-in at the hotel, freshen up and spend a leisurely evening. Visit the famous Kullu Shawl factories and/or enjoy white water rafting in River Beas (at your own cost) on your way.

The best thing about embarking on a rafting expedition here is that the adjoining landscapes comprise of stunning mountain ranges, cascading water of river Beas and astonishing river rafting camps with all the requisite facilities, making this place an ideal location for beginners as well as ardent adventurers. After a smooth curvy and scenic ride reach Manali, check into the hotel and relax. Evening shall be free for leisure. You can choose to stroll on The Mall road for shopping and dinner. Stay overnight at hotel.
Manali Local Sightseeing
Post breakfast, proceed for your full day local sightseeing in Manali. Firstly, call in on the Hadimba Devi temple. This temple is dedicated to Goddess Hidimbe, the wife of Bhim, a popular characterin the Mahabharata. Further visit Vashist Bath, Tibetan Monastery and Club House.

Later march to the refreshing Solang Valley, popular for its picturesque landscapes and adventurous activities that it offers viz River Crossing/ Rock Climbing/Rappelling/Paragliding/Mountain Biking/Zorbing/Hot Air Ballooning/Pony Riding/Cable Car and a lot more (Enjoy these at your own cost). In the evening, return to hotel in Manali and stay overnight.
Rohtang Pass Excursion from Manali (At additional cost)
Now, call in on the most desired sightseeing destination for every visitor landing in Manali. The Rohtang Pass (Altitude 13000 feet) is accessible by vehicles only for around 6 months each year i.e. from mid of May to the end of October. This is the only and best time to visit Rohtang. Rohtang Pass is famous for snow adventure sports viz Skiing, snow biking and pony riding.

The place is awe-strickingly picturesque as well. En-route to Rohtang from Manali, you shall pay your visit to Gulaba, Nehru Kund, Rani Nallah and Rahalla Falls. In the evning, return to Manali for overnight stay at the hotel.
Manali to Chandigarh Drive (330 km/ 8 hours)
Check-out early to advance towards Chandigarh. Chandigarh derives its name from Goddess Chadi, the Godess of Anger. Chandigarh is the capital city of 2 Indian states viz Haryana and Punjab and is one of the early planned cities in the post-independent India. Have breakfast en-route and check into your hotel on arrival. Later proceed for local sightseeing for a couple hours. Visit the world renowned Rock Garden. Rock Garden was built by Nek Chand in 1957 and is an extremely unique and intersting destination.

The garden is spread across 40 acres of land and all scultures within the garden are made up of industrial and domestic wastes only. Next, advance to vist Sukhna Lake, an artifically built lake which is the heart of the residents of the city. Various social and cultural fests are organized around the lake throughout the year. Finally call in on the Zakir Hussain's Rose Garden, a botanical garden spread over 30 acres of land, housing over 50,000 rose bushes of 1600 different species. Finally, you can move to Sector 22 market for an exquisite dinner and shopping. Return to hotel and relax. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Chandigarh to New Delhi Drive (250 km/4.5 hours)
After a good night sleep and breakfast, move towards Delhi Airport/Railway station for onwards journey. The trip ends here with happy memories. Cheers
