Be it a family vacation or honeymoon excursion, Kerala never disappoints its travelers.   Planned meticulously, our itinerary will help you to explore the best of Kerala.  Here is what you are going to experience with us in Kerala.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Trivandrum and local sightseeing of Kovalam
Our trip to this amazing place will start from Trivandrum. Reach here from your respective destinations via train or airport. We will be right there to pick you up. Upon receiving you, we will take you directly at the hotel. After the check-in formalities, it’s better to take some rest and spend the leisure time.

In the evening, refresh yourself with a cup of filter coffee. Trust us, it will leave you refreshed from the core. Today, you are going to explore some local attractions of Kovalam. A small yet captivating town at the south of Trivandrum, Kovalam is famous for its therapeutic spa centers and clean beaches. Beaches like Hawa beach, Samudra beach, and lighthouse beach are must-visit places.

Out of all beaches, Lighthouse beach is the most famous one. While you are here, don’t forget to experience some adventurous activities like paragliding, swimming, surfing, and parasailing. If you are in a mood just to sit back and relax then also its shores are the perfect destination to spend some leisure time. We will return to the hotel and continue our overnight stay.
Day 2: A full day excursion at Kovalam
As we have already mentioned that Kerela has a lot to offer, we will continue the wonder s of Kovalam on the second day of our trip as well. Unlike yesterday’s adventurous day, today’s day would be the day to pamper you.

We would suggest you experience an Ayurvedic body massage to feel rejuvenated and refreshed. You can avail all these services on a direct payment basis. After some relaxation therapy, you can visit some nearby temples such as Vizhinjam Rock Cut Cave Temple and Thiruvallam Parasurama Temple. Vellayani Lake and Karamana River are some of the other places that we are going to explore today. By the time we will do visit all these places, the sun will set down. It’s better to return back to the hotel early as we will hit the road early following morning.
Day 3: Journey begins to Kanyakumari
After spending two days at Kovalam, we will start the journey to another destination. Kanyakumari is our next destination. Kanyakumari is the most extreme end of the Indian Territory and is famous for its three-color water.

We will start our two-hour long journey to this amazing destination after early breakfast at the hotel. The lush green landscapes of Kerala will make your road trip a pleasant experience. By afternoon, we will reach our destination. It’s better to have lunch in the hotel and shed off the tiredness beforehand any further exploring.

Kanyakumari is a place where you will find some ancient architectural marvelous in form of temples. Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Bhagavathy Amman Temple, Gandhi Mandapam, and Thanumalayan Temple are some of the exquisite places to visit while you are in this part of the globe. Our Lady of Ransom Church and Vattakottai Fort are not a miss.

By evening, return to your hotel room and spend some leisure time in the quaint surroundings.
Day 4: Return journey to Trivandrum.
On our day four, we will start our return journey to Trivandrum. Have a sumptuous breakfast in your hotel and do all check-out facilities. By afternoon, we will hit the road to reach Trivandrum.

The distance between two places is around 97kms. While we will cover this distance, we will encounter pristine nature on the way. We can stop by to see Thirparappu Fall on the national highway on our return journey.

By the time the sun sets down, we will reach our destination. After a road trip, you surely need a rest in your hotel room. So, we will continue our overnight stay in the hotel post dinner.
Day 5: Picture postcard of Kerala- Alleppey
The real trump card destination of our trip is Alleppey and we will visit it on our fifth day of the trip. Famous for its backwater and plush resorts, Alleppey is a perfect destination to find ultimate solace in the midst of city’s hustle-bustle.

We will start our journey to this place after having breakfast at your Trivandrum hotel. Alleppey is around 145 km away from Trivandrum and we will cover this distance in around four hours. The drive on this route is totally mesmerizing as you will get to see the scenic coastline of Kerala during it.

While hunger strikes you in during the journey, don’t mind to stop by any local highway restaurant. They will serve you with some of the most flavorsome seafood. Upon reaching Alleppey, we will check in into a luxurious resort. Staying here is one of its own kind experiences as all the leisure activities would be at your doorsteps.

Shed off the tiredness with a relaxing massage. Step out from your resort in the evening and explore some of the local destinations. Don’t forget to take a boat ride in the beautiful backwaters of Alleppey. Ambalappuzha Sri Krishna Temple, St. Mary Forane Church, and Andhakaranazhi Beach are some of the must-visited destinations while you are in Alleppey.
Day 6: Drop at Cochin
On our sixth day of the trip, we will say goodbye to Alleppey and start our journey to Cochin as from here only we will start our respective return journey. We will check out from the Alleppey resort and start our journey to Cochin. From there, we will continue your transfer to railway station or airport as per the departure resort.
