Day 01 - Pick up from Chandigarh and head towards Rishikesh
Chandigarh is our pick point for this trip. Our representatives will be right at the Chandigarh airport/railway station to meet and greet you. Upon meeting, we will start our journey to Rishikesh.
The road journey to Rishikesh from Chandigarh would be around six hours long. However, the en-route picturesque landscapes will make it a pleasant one.
Upon reaching, so the check-in formalities and take some time off to rest.
Travelling must have you bit tired but Rishikesh has its own way to make you alive. In the evening, get ready to be a part of majestic evening aarti on the ghats of Ganga. The fervent and enthusiasm of the surrounding will feel you with supreme delight.
Come to the hotel and resume your overnight stay.
Day 02 - Full day fun in Rishikesh
Today, we will explore the attractions of Rishikesh. Start your day with lip-smacking breakfast at the hotel.
Start your day with a stroll on LaxmanJhulla, and Ram Jhulla. A masterpiece of steel constructions, both the jhullas will give you an out-of-ordinary experience.
We will continue our local sightseeing with Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, and Shivananda Ashram places. At Triveni Ghat, you can witness the eternal merge of three magnificent rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati in each other.
As you are here in Rishikesh, again evening aarti at Ganga ghat is the ideal way to end your day.
Return back to the hotel and continue your night stay.
Day 03 - Journey to Joshimath and Auli (8 Hours) – Auli
On day three, we will bid adieu the holy Rishikesh and continue our trip by visiting Joshimath and Auli. Our road journey to Joshimath from Rishikesh will be around eight hours long. That is why we will prefer starting off early. Have your first meal of the day in the hotel and finish all the check-out formalities.
We will reach Joshimath by late afternoon only. Though the trip might make you a little tired, the fresh breeze blow will fill your mind and body with new energy.
Our journey of the day is not over yet. The adventure will be continued with a cable car ride. Yes, you are going to experience it. We will take 3.9km long cable car ride from Joshimath to reach Auli. The cable ride is the longest cable ride of Asia and you can’t afford to miss it. The en-route view is extremely captivating. Don’t forget to capture them in the lens of your camera.
The cable ride will take you the most spectacular Ski Resort in Auli. Upon arriving, we will do the check-in formalities in the resort and take some rest. Spend some leisure time in the resort during the evening only and continue your overnight stay.
Day 04 - The Amazing Auli
On day four, we will be exploring the wonders of amazing Auli. Situated at an altitude of 3050 m above the sea level, Auli is famed for its perennial snow, breathtaking vicinities, and ski slopes. If you are an adventurous soul and want to try your hand in skiing then Auli is the perfect spot.
We will start another day full of adventure with sumptuous breakfast at the resort. Post the breakfast, we will visit Lake Valentine. Nestled amid the dense pine forest, Lake Valentine is a man-made wonder that stands second to none for its beauty and serenity. It is a treat to eye for sure.
The stunning view of Helang Valley en-route will leave you to spellbound. Spend your evening to witness the amazing sunset. Trust us, the sunset down here is one of the most beautiful things of the earth.
Return back to the resort and continue your overnight stay.
Day 05: Explore Auli on Your Own.
Some things look best when we do them on our own and this is what you are going to do on day five of the trip. After breakfast, you can either go for a stroll in the nearby markets or enjoy the snow fight in the snow-covered areas. The resort also has some amazing indoor activities that are worth trying. Do whatever you feel like doing and spend the night with a calm mind and body.
Day 06 - Time to Reach Mussoorie
Our stay at Auli will come to an end today. So, pack your bags, take your morning breakfast and finish all the check-out formalities.
Our next destination would be Mussoorie. Mussoorie is one destination that is almost everyone’s bucket list. And why it shouldn’t be? It has everything that makes it a worth visiting place. Amazing backdrops of hills and mountains, lush green meadows, and snow-covered pine trees( in winters). Each and everything in Mussoorie radiates great charm.
We will reach our destination by late afternoon. Do all the check-in formalities and spend some leisure time at the hotel only.
Day 07 - The Queens of the Hill- Mussoorie
Mussoorie is a spectacular place that offers various options to have a pleasure trip. We will start our day by visiting Dhanaulti. Dhanaulti is like a hidden gem of Uttarakhand. If you are looking for a quiet yet highly charming place then nothing can beat Dhanaulti.
We will also visit ancient mountain top shrine of Surkhanda Devi. To reach here, we have to climb up as high as 2940 meters. So, reserve some energy.
Return back to the hotel and resume your overnight stay.
Day 08 - Local Sightseeing in Mussoorie
Our destination for day eight in Mussoorie is Kempty Fall. Surrounded by high mountain cliffs, Kempty Fall gives you some breathtaking views. The place is ideal to enjoy nature and admire the surrounding. You can just sit back and enjoy the rhythm of falling water. It will have some sedative effect on you.
Return back to the hotel by evening and spend some relaxing hours. Pack your bags for the next day.
Day 09 - Trip Ends Today- Mussoorie to Dehradun
Today is the last day of the trip and we will assemble our things to leave Mussoorie. We will depart from Dehradun that is only one-hour road journey away from Mussoorie. So, we will leave for our destination after breakfast in the hotel.
We will drop you at the Dehradun airport/railway station. If your departure schedule is in the evening then you can visit some nearby places of Deharadun on your own. Dehradun is also a quaint and charming town that totally deserves a visit.
