What is Tiger Kingdom Phuket?
Tiger Kingdom is a wildlife attraction in Kathu, at the foot of Patong Hill in Phuket. It offers short, keeper-supervised encounters with tigers, which are grouped by size from Smallest to Giant, plus a cheetah enclosure. It is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00, and a visit takes one to two hours.
How long is each tiger encounter?
Each encounter lasts about 10 minutes. Staff help you take photos while you are inside the enclosure.

What are the age and height rules?
- Guests under 15 years and under 160 cm may enter only the Smallest Tigers enclosure, together with a paying adult.
- The Cheetah encounter needs a minimum age of 4 and a height of at least 110 cm.
- All other encounters are for guests aged 15 and over.
What costs extra?
A professional photographer and photo prints are paid separately, as are food and drinks.
