Overview
What is Erawan Zipline Phuket?
Erawan Zipline is a rainforest zipline park on Phrabaramee Road in the Kathu hills, just behind Patong Beach. It has more than 700 metres of cable, and from the higher lines you can see Patong Bay through the trees. Along with the ziplines, the circuits add sky bridges, abseils, a spiral staircase and a treehouse.
Which circuit should you book?
There are four circuits. Pick one by how much time you have and how much adventure you want.
- 12 Platforms: about 30 minutes, with a few ziplines, an abseil and a sky bridge. A good first try.
- Special 17 Platforms: about 1.5 hours, built around the platforms that face the sea.
- 20 Platforms: about 1.5 hours, with ziplines, abseils, sky bridges and one dual line where two people ride side by side.
- 42 Platforms + Meal: about 2.5 hours. This is the full course with more than 20 ziplines, sky bridges, abseils, the spiral staircase and the treehouse. A meal at the park is included.
Prices start from 4,650 Indian rupees per person. Children pay the same as adults.
Is it safe?
Yes. Every guest wears a PETZL harness and gear that meets European and American safety standards. Certified instructors run each line, and you stay clipped to a safety line the whole time. A hands-on briefing comes before your first zip.
Who can take part?
Children from 4 years old can join with an adult. The weight limit is 120 kg. The park does not recommend it for guests over 60 or for anyone with heart, back or knee problems. Pregnant women should not take part.
How do you get there?
The park is about 10 to 15 minutes by car from Patong and about 45 minutes from Phuket Town. Hotel transfers are not part of the ticket, but they can be arranged at extra cost.
