Elephant Village Pattaya

Elephant Village is Pattaya’s oldest elephant camp, established in 1973 as a home for former working elephants on spacious grounds at the edge of town. It’s a working camp with trekking, shows and hands-on feeding rather than a strict no-contact sanctuary, which makes it an easy, convenient half-day out for families and first-time visitors.

Choose a trekking route of 10-15, 25-30 or 40 minutes, then take in a daily cultural show of Thai dance and elephant demonstrations, feed the elephants bananas and sugarcane, and join a bathing session. Ox-cart rides, a small Ganesha museum and an on-site café round out the visit.
