Notes
- Booking: Advance booking is required at least 1 day before the activity.
- Pickup: Guests who select hotel pickup and drop-off will receive the pickup date and time from our team via call or WhatsApp.
- Self-Travel: Guests travelling on their own must reach the designated meeting point by themselves at the confirmed time.
- Age: Children from 6 years are allowed, subject to the operator’s requirements.
- Weight Surcharge: An overweight surcharge applies from 90 kg onwards, based on the guest’s actual weight. The surcharge is payable directly at the skydiving venue after the weight check.
- Surcharge Rates: 90–94.9 kg: ฿500 | 95–99.9 kg: ฿1,000 | 100–104.9 kg: ฿2,000 | 105–109.9 kg: ฿2,500 | 110–114.9 kg: ฿3,500 | 115 kg and above: ฿3,500 + ฿1,000 per extra kg.
- Video & Photos: Video and photo services can be selected as an additional package option.
- Weather: The activity is subject to weather and operational conditions. Any rescheduling or refund due to weather will be handled as per the package terms and conditions.
- Cancellation & Refund: Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected package. Refunds will be provided only where applicable.
- Deposit: A ฿600 deposit per person is required to confirm the booking; the balance is payable as per the booking terms.
